Daiwa is an Indian brand that started out at VideoTex in 1984. It has been selling smart TVs under the Daiwa brand name for a few years now. The TVs from this brand mainly compete with other newcomers such as Xiaomi. Now, Daiwa has launched a new smart TV with a 65-inch display and 4K resolution in India. The Daiwa 65-inch 4K Smart TV is priced at Rs 66,990. The TV will be available for purchase in the next few days via Amazon India, Paytm Mall as well as leading offline retail stores across the country. Buyers can also head to their official website to purchase the TV.

The new Daiwa TV features slim bezels and a 65-inch A+ grade panel that has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. It comes with HDR X colour enhancement feature, which will provide brighter colours on the panel and supports Wide Colour Gamut 95 percent NTSC. Daiwa has also included a 4K enhancer that upscales full HD to 4K.
 
The Daiwa 4K Smart LED TV features an AI assistant that responds to voice commands – users will have to download the app on your smartphone to interact using voice. For connectivity, it has three HDMI ports, two USB ports, one Ethernet port and one optical output that can be used to connect sounds bars to the TV. Talking about sound, the TV has a built-in sound bar with two speakers. We do not know the exact specifications of these speakers yet.
 
Being a smart TV, it runs Android 7.0 out of the box and is equipped with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. It comes with a bunch of pre-installed applications such as YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more. You can also case your Android or iOS smartphone using M.Cast or E-Share.
