1+1 Year Additional warranty on Panel on all LED TV 32” and Above Sizes.

A. Limited Additional Warranty;

Videotex International Pvt. Ltd. (“Videotex”) hereby offers a Limited Additional Warranty (“Warranty”) applicable with respect to the LED Panel (Screen) for the applicable Daiwa LED TV Models purchased during the Offer Period only against manufacturing defect/s for an additional period of 1 years after the completion of the 1 Year comprehensive warranty.

B. Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  1. To be entitled to avail the Limited Additional Warranty, the Product must be purchased within the aforesaid Offer Period.
  2. In addition to the aforesaid, the customer should register the Product within 15 days of the date of invoice, on;
  3. -  My Daiwa App (Download from Google Play Store)

       On registration of the product, customer will get an auto generated confirmatory message. The customer should preserve the same for necessary verification for future reference.

  4. Model and Serial Number of the product entered/uploaded should match with the details imprinted on the unit and the invoice.
  5. The Limited Additional warranty is with respect to the panel (Screen) of the LED TV and any cost(s) incurred towards labour, transportation and/or any other incidental expenditure shall be borne by the customer.
  6. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, and/ or spares are not available, Videotex prevailing depreciation rules will be binding on the Customer to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs. The depreciation rule will be applicable after one year from the date of purchase.

Exclusions to Limited Additional Warranty:-

This Warranty shall be void under following circumstances:-

  1. If repair is carried out by any person other than Daiwa authorized service engineer.
  2. Any damage resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the Product.
  3. Any damage resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the Product.
  4. If the original serial number on the Product or any part thereof is damaged, defaced, obliterated or erased/ tampered with for any reason whatsoever.
  5. Any defect, damage or breakage of the Product screen due to negligence, mishandling or incurred during transit by the customer.
  6. 6.Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, act of God, tampering or failure of the customer to follow the operating procedures mentioned in the Instruction Manual issued by Videotex including but not limited to panel/ screen cleaning instructions.
  7. If product is registered beyond 15 days from date of purchase as mentioned on invoice.
  8. Any change or defect resulting due to improper maintenance or any use contrary to the operations specified in the user manual supplied with the Product.
  9. If the Product has been damaged due to extreme conditions. For e.g., abnormal voltage surge, extreme heat, lighting etc.
  10. Bright dots/ dark dots hereinafter referred as Pixels within permissible limits shall not be treated as defect and will not be covered under Warranty. The range of permissible limit of Pixels anywhere on the panel/ screen is between 4 – 12 dots counted separately for bright and dark dots, each depending upon the screen resolution of the respective Product.
  11. Any form of damage caused by using external stabilizer.
  12. Any deficiency in the Product performance due to signal reception through a third party apparatus, equipment, any third party software and/or media which does not confirm to the specifications mentioned in the instruction manual.
  13. Non Functionality of any 3rd party application in TVs.
  14. Any damage to the Product on account of defect in the electrical installation, wiring or third party products shall render this Warranty void.
  15. If Product is used for any commercial purpose whatsoever.
