DAIWA® Returns & Refund Policy
The following policies apply for all products fulfilled by DAIWA:
- We only accept returns if the item shipped to you are defective or damaged.
- All merchandise returned must be in new condition, unused with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebies supplied.
- In case of damaged or defective product:
- Customer is required to raise the concern within 24 hours from delivery to our Customer Care Center at (1800) 180 0069 or mail to email@example.com for next steps.
- DAIWA will arrange our engineer visit within 48 hours of complaint received and will provide resolution accordingly.
- If replacement needed, we will arrange shipping of the product back to us within 5 days from delivery – Return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- DAIWA will send you a new replacement unit as soon as we receive the return package.
- DAIWA is in no way responsible for any damage/fault if product was opened or installed through any unauthorized person.
- In case of issues during the warranty period, contact our service centre.
- We do not offer any cash refunds.
